Olėa (a word derived from the ancient greek word ελιά, meaning olive) is a modern style, luxury villa, of approx. 80 m2 with a capacity up to 4 pax. (plus 1 child up to 12yrs old).

The name Olėa is inspired by the prevalence of the olive trees and the compelling view of the villa’s olive grove. The villa features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a built in kitchen, a dining table with chairs, a large main terrace, a brand new private pool, a private parking area and a private entrance. The exquisite private swimming pool set between the olive grove and the villa’s terrace, attracts all eyes and attention , promising countless moments of fun and relaxation. Native aromatic herbs, shrubs, hedges and small trees complement the impressive, tranquil scenery and offer a taste of the island’s landscape.

Important Info

• Due to the very quiet, residential area and neighborhood, we respect and apply the law in Greece regarding quiet hrs during the summer season that are designated between 15:00- 17:30 and 23:00- 08:00. Therefore, loud music, loud noises are not permitted at any time during the day or night.

• Parties, gatherings or any sort of events, are not permitted on the villas’ premises.

• Inviting or hosting other people who are not included in the reservation made for the specific stay period is not permitted.

LIVING ROOM

The villa’s living room consists of a large grey couch (sofa bed), an armchair, a coffee table set and a 43”smart TV screen. Although the area has wide windows creating cool breezes, the ceiling fan light reinforces the feeling of comfort and coolness.

THE KITCHEN

Next to the living room is an open plan built-in kitchen and a dinning table with chairs.

THE 2 BEDROOMS

The 2 bedrooms are furnished with 2 twin beds each (each room sleeps up to 2 pax.), built-in wall closets, a boudoir which can be used as a small office table or a dressing table and of course installed AC units.

The bathroom consists of a bathtub/shower, a basin, a toilet and a washing / dryer machine.
