VILLA DÅPHNE

Dåphne (in modern greek meaning laurel tree, whereas in the greek mythology Dåphne was a nymph), is a modern style luxury villa of approx. 420 m2 with a capacity of 8 pax. Lavish gardens, large terraces, the beautiful private infinity pool overlooking the villa’s mini soccer field, the fruit orchard and the endless Aegean Blue are the main highlights.

The villa features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 main living-rooms (entertainment areas), a dining area, a cast iron energy fireplace, a kitchen, a gym, an office/library area, a laundry/linen room and plenty of built-in cupboards on each level for extra convenience, a 60 m2 private infinity pool, a mini soccer field and an exterior BBQ area. The main characteristic of the villa are the wide openings and windows, generously providing and an unobstructed view of the outdoors, which ultimately create an intense feeling of the inside connecting to the outside.

Villa Dåphne is split into 4 levels. Each level has a short set of stairs. The main entrance-hall, the main-living areas, the dining area and the kitchen, are all situated on the ground floor (level 0), offering an absolute view of the stunning infinity pool. All bedrooms are situated on level 1 and level 2 , with solid oak wooden floors (parquet). The stylish, fine furniture, the high quality brands of the appliances and sanity ware, create a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere.

A bedroom with 2 twin beds, boudoir that can be used as a small office or a dressing table and a large built-in wardrobe with sliding doors. The large, wide window looking to the North, offers a wonderful view of the front gardens and the sea. There’s a balcony looking to the east gardens.

The master bedroom

The Master Bedroom of approx. 35 m2, consists of a queen size bed suite, a large office, a floor full length mirror, an armchair and a 40” smart TV screen. Furthermore, there is a walk-in wardrobe and a private bathroom with a bathtub, a walk-in shower, a toilet, hanging wall cabinets with 2 glass basins, a built-in wall cabinet and a safe box.

LEVEL 2

Bedroom with double bed

A bedroom on the top level and highest point of the villa, consisting of a queen size bed suite, a built-in open wardrobe, a 43” smart TV screen, an armchair and a boudoir that can be used as a small office or a dressing table. The attic bedroom has a window and a balcony with a beautiful view of the west gardens and the BBQ area

The Entrance Hall consists of a handcrafted wooden console and a built-in cloak closet.

THE dining area

The dining area consists of a modern buffet, an impressive dining table that extends up to 3,5 mtrs and sits up to 10 pax. The above described living room and dining areas cover approx. 130m2 of the ground floor.

THE LIVING ROOM AREAS

The 2 main living-room areas consist of 4 couches , 2 coffee tables, a handcrafted wooden console, a 1,5 mtrs long cast iron energy fireplace, a 55” smart TV screen and a playstation console.

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen, approx. 25m2, is situated between the living-room and dining areas, and connects with 2 recessed glass sliding doors making serving and entertaining very convenient. Moreover, the kitchen can be isolated from the areas around, by closing the 2 connecting doors. The room consists of a kitchen island centred among the sink, the dishwasher the oven and the freezer refrigerator, making cooking procedures very practical. The large windows offer an absolute view of the BBQ area and the west gardens. On one end of the kitchen, there is a sitting area with bay windows, a built-in wooden bench, a dining table and chairs. On the other end of the kitchen, there is a door that leads out to the kitchen veranda and the herb garden with the impressive laurel tree and a variety of local aromatic herbs.

MAIN POOL TERRACE

Last but not least, the Main Pool Terrace will definitely be the place where you will be spending most of your time, sharing unforgettable moments with friends or family, either having fun in the pool or enjoying food and cocktails with friends the remarkable scenery in a chill out, relaxing atmosphere.

• The Laundry/ Linen room consists of cupboards, a sink, a washing machine, a dryer machine, an iron press, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning/washing equipment, bed linen and towels.There is a laundry shoot on level 1.
• Bathroom which consists of a walk-in shower, toilet and an installed basin.

Moreover, the large wide windows allow plenty of sunlight , fresh air and good ventilation while working, exercising or even when relaxing on the couch. Extra cool breezes prevail with the minimalistic designed industrial wall fan!

The Office & Library area consists of a large modern office, a large wall bookshelf, a couch (sofa bed), a 43” smart TV screen. If you’re combining business & pleasure travels and working remotely , this is the perfect area of the villa, as basements provide extra sound insulation, creating a quiet atmosphere. Moreover, the large wide windows allow plenty of sunlight, fresh air and good ventilation while working, exercising or even when relaxing on the couch.
